deliveryonce the carrier marks your package as delivered, it's your responsibility. we're not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

incorrect addressdouble-check your shipping info at checkout. if you enter the wrong address, we can't reship, replace, or refund your order.

refused or undeliverable packagesif you refuse delivery, ignore carrier requests, or don't pick up your package in time - we're not obligated to refund or reship.
if a package is returned to us because of something on your end, any refund is at our discretion. original shipping, return shipping, and customs fees are non-refundable.
carrier delaysonce a package is handed off to the carrier, delays are out of our control. we're not responsible for carrier issues, weather delays, or customs holds.
all sales are final. we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
if you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
condition requirementsif a return is approved, items must come back unworn (except for try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
returned items must be clean and free of:
added scents (perfume, cologne, smoke, incense, etc.)
pet hair, debris, stains, or odors
if an item comes back in poor condition, we won't accept it - and we may send it back to you at your expense.
